When you sign up for a plan with email or chat support, you will receive a invitation to a private space where you can communicate with an expert and your dedicated project manager. This allows you to ask questions, get guidance, and receive updates in real-time.
Your hours will be updated through our time tracking system. If you have a Basica Plan, you will receive updates via email. For other plans, you can access your updated hours directly through our client communication space.
We offer one-month rollover for unused hours. This means any unused hours from the current month will carry over to the next but must be used within that period.
In addition to expert guidance, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager to guide you through your strategy, provide updates, and ensure you’re on track with your goals.
